Pomene has a lodge called Paradise Beach Lodge which is the “hidden jewel" of Mozambique, situated on the North Bank of The Pomene Estuary. A piece of “Paradise” in more ways than one as it caters for water sport enthusiasts from all spheres. It has the ideal setting as it is situated directly on the waters edge and no need to get in your car each day or climb over dunes, one enjoys the most manificent sunrises from ones own unit situated on the estuary edge with the sea to the left.

Paradise Beach Lodge offers fully equipped and serviced Self Catering Accommodation in Pomene  and is proud to announce that it now has its own Bar and Restaurant called "Footprints" should you not feel like cooking or want fully catered package.  The Position of the Restuarant and Bar is on the waters edge and is ideal for sundowners with the water lapping around the edges at high tide or for that romantic dinner.  Breakfasts and lunches are also served by arrangment. We have a full time baker on site so your fresh bread or pauw will be delivered each morning for your enjoyment.

We also can offer  Guided Fishing Tours, be it Deep Sea or Rock and Surf. We can also offer Fully Catered Team Building Trips.  The Guided Fishing Tours are undertaken by Provincial and Protea Anglers all having fished extensively in Pomene.

Pomene is one of the few place left in the world that one still sees the near extinct Dugong, is listed as one of the five top dive sites in the world, where Flamingos roam free in the Estuary and the white beaches are flawless………..
